A design sprint is a unique way for your team to quickly bond with a new hire. The process structure makes it possible for someone new to participate equally in defining a problem, ideating solutions, making decisions, building a prototype, and testing for feedback.

What We’ll Do

  • We'll work with you remotely to design your onboarding sprint.
     

  • We'll help you coordinate the logistics for your trip and plan social and inspirational activities.
     

  • We'll facilitate a sprint to address a specific challenge. 

  • You'll begin by defining your challenge and goal, creating a journey map, interviewing experts, refining your challenge questions, and choosing a target.
     

  • Next you'll generate innovative ideas, synthesize ideas and make decisions.
     

  • With a solid idea you'll work together to build a prototype, then test it on real users.
